Booking & Payment

By completing this booking, you agree to the £8 session fee, which is non-refundable. Payment confirms your place for the selected session date.

Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for rescheduling within the next four weeks. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be rescheduled. To reschedule your sessions, please use the Reschedule link via the booking confirmation email.

Safeguarding & Conduct

Dorchester Badminton Club adheres to strict safeguarding practices. All staff & coaches working with junior members are DBS-checked and committed to ensuring a safe and positive environment. Children are expected to respect our club’s code of conduct to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Parents will be informed of any conduct issues that arise during sessions.
